Rules

Safety is paramount in model flying, and NADMAS firmly believe that "SAFE FLYING IS NO ACCIDENT" and to this end the club publishes it's own set of Safety and Constitutional rules. The Safety Rules are based upon BMFA guidelines, (which in turn are produced in line with Civil Aviation Publication CAP658), with additional rules specific to NADMAS governing arrangements and use of the clubs two flying sites, Stanmore and Membury. To download the latest (issue 2 amendment 3, 2006) NADMAS Safety and Constitutional Rules as a word file click the link, and save the document Club rules (225k)You may also download the latest version of the BMFA handbook,  Here

A copy of the CAA document CAP658, can be downloaded as a .PDF file free of charge from http://www.caa.co.uk/publications

  • Please note that flying at Stanmore has a 80db nosie limit and Please remember NOT to fly over the BRIDLEWAY when using the east-west runway, its in our planning permission.
