Welcome to NADMAS

Nadmas, has been in existence for Over 35 years and is the main RC Power flying club close to Newbury, it draws it's membership from Newbury, East Reading and surrounding Areas.

R/C powered models are the majority interest, both Rotary and Fixed Wing, with a small following in gliders and a growing interest in electric flight of all types.

Model Flying is a very rewarding hobby and can offer many exciting Challenges.

NADMAS is affiliated to the British Model Flying Association and members must also be subscribed to the BMFA.

The BMFA, with membership of over 35,000, is the "governing body" of the sport and provides a great deal of support and guidance for clubs and it's members. It arranges many national events and represents the hobby in negotiations with the Civil Aviation Authority and the Government. In addition it provides all members with 3rd party insurance to the value of £5,000,000.

To further interest in all aspects of model aviation.

To provide an adequate flying site for members use.

To arrange third party insurance for members whilst flying model aircraft in accordance with the societies rules.

To provide members with information, advice and assistance on matters connected with the hobby.
